We recently asked our clients to participate in an annual client satisfaction survey. This year’s survey contained roughly twenty-five questions including topics ranging from their customers preferred method of payment to the quality of their perfect bound books.
The information gleaned from the survey responses, given by over 200 clients, will help PrintingHouse Press continue to make improvements on the way we serve our clientele. Responses regarding marketing initiatives, appellate consultant services and paralegal efficiency will all have an effect on future business strategies.
To show our gratitude, every person who took the PrintingHouse Press survey received a Dunkin Donuts gift card. The participants were also entered into a raffle to win an Apple TV + Netflix and Hulu gift cards; the raffle winner is Bill Buckley, Esq. (of Garbarini and Scher, P.C.).
