PrintingHouse Press is featured in the New York Law Journal Litigation Support Guide 2013

PrintingHouse Press attorneys have written an article for the New York Law Journal Litigation Support Guide 2013 entitled, “Appellate Division First and Second Departments: Multiple Appellants? Is a Briefing Schedule a Necessity?” The article summarizes the various differences procedurally between the Appellate Division First and Second Departments. One glaring difference, which greatly affects when Appellate briefs are due to be filed and served, is the existence of Terms in the First Department, and the lack thereof in the Second Department.
