by | Mar 18, 2020

Dear Clients,

In case you have not heard, the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments have issued emergency Orders suspending most deadlines. Those suspension Orders can be found by clicking here: AD1 and AD2 Orders

We understand that your practice is affected by these Orders and PHP remains open and active and continues to work on your Records, Appendices and Briefs.

As soon as the Courts resume daily operations, we will be ready to file your appeals and motions in the ordinary course.
