Wednesday Wisdom:

The Appellate Division, First Department has rescinded the March 17, 2020 Administrative Order by which all filing deadlines were suspended. Effective May 8, 2020, all appeals with expired deadlines are due for the September 2020 Term; however, the Court is encouraging those appeals be perfected within 30 days of this Order.
