In AD2, new deadlines have been established for respondents and reply briefs in relation to non-actively-managed civil matters which were due to be filed
between March 16, 2020, and June 10, 2020, and which have not yet been filed, as follows:
(1) The deadline for respondent’s briefs which were due to be filed between March 16,
2020, and April 30, 2020, is July 6, 2020;
(2) The deadline for respondent’s briefs which were due to be filed between May 1,
2020, and June 10, 2020, is July 27, 2020;
(3) The deadline for reply briefs which were due to be filed between March 16, 2020, and
May 15, 2020, is July 1, 2020;
(4) The deadline for reply briefs which were due to be filed between May 15, 2020 and
June 10, 2020, is July 10, 2020;
