Wednesday Wisdom : Effective July 1, 2020, the local rules of the Appellate Division, Fourth Department (22 NYCRR Part 1000) have been amended to provide for digital submission of motion papers and to provide rules for electronic filing in Family Court and criminal matters, which becomes mandatory in matters in which a notice of appeal is filed on or after July 1, 2020.
