The Second circuit requires all attorneys to file their CJA vouchers via the court’s eVoucher program. When submitting your CJA vouchers, it is important to remember that your login information is not the same as your Pacer credentials, given that it is on a completely different website. Prior to attempting submission of any voucher, please make sure to contact the second circuit in order to verify your user name and password, if you have yet to receive it. Upon successfully logging in, your case list will appear under appointments on the left-side of the page. When the correct appointment has been selected, you will be redirected to the CJA eVoucher selection screen in order to begin the process of creating the appropriate voucher. Please proceed to creating the eVoucher that best pertains to the services rendered.
