The Appellate Term, Second Department recently rescinded Parts 730,731 and
732 of Title22 of the Official Compilation of the Codes, Rules and Regulations of the
State of New York(22NYCRR) and adopted new Parts 730 and 731 ofthe same Title,
effective January l, 2020.
