PLEASE NOTE:

ALL DEADLINES FOR FILINGS ARE STILL IN EFFECT

The Appellate Division First and Second Departments are currently requiring all filings to be done electronically. Any necessary hardcopy services will be processed via overnight delivery. All NYSCEF matters are to be filed in accordance with the already established rules. First Department has emails in place for filings and Second Department has the portal. All requests for extensions of time should be emailed to the respective courts in a timely fashion.

HARD COPY FILINGS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
