On April 17, 2020, the Appellate Division Fourth Department released a new order rescinding the courts March 17, 2020 Order that suspended filings and many deadlines. It is now Ordered that the perfection and/or filing deadline in any matter affected by the Court’s March 17, 2020 order is as set forth in a newly released schedule.
