As of April 1st, 2021 The Appellate Division Second Department will require all cases generating from King’s County to be e-filed on NYSCEF. This applies to any Notices of Appeal dated on or after April 1st, and any appeal with a Notice of Appeal dated prior to April 1st, 2021 and filing on or after May 17th, 2021.
