When perfecting an appeal on NYSCEF, the Record or Appendix should be uploaded first, followed by any additional volumes which should be noted in the description field. The Appellants brief is next and then the Note of Issue (AD1 only). Exhibits, sealing orders, hard copy submission forms and any other documents go after the brief.
